Intellihealth Complaint - Customer Service
RIDGELY, MARYLAND -- I have contacted this company repeatedly regarding a delivery problem which resulted in a $97 out-of-pocket expense. Promises were made and broken repeatedly. To make matters worse, I have to give my name and customer number to the operator before they transfer me to Customer Service, and that department will no longer accept my calls. I'm told that no one is available (no matter what time I call), or I'm put on hold until I'm blue....at which point I have to give up. AND I must mention, the people to whom I've spoken are supervisors.
