Sprint - They Forgot My iPhone 5S Order!

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA -- Ordered my new iPhone 5s on Friday the 20th at 10am. I was first told a 3 week lead time for the Gold iPhone 5s, which was not accurate to begin with. Called in today to check the status of my order and they said that it was not placed yet. I asked "WHY NOT????!!!!" The agent had simply replied, "the other agent forgot to submit the order." I got the manager on the line and she had more bad news for me, "since we have to place your order today your lead time is now 8 weeks." Their customer support is horrible, the Manager, not the agent said "you should just go back to a Sprint store and try to get one that not gold, they may have some." I proceeded to tell her that I could have walked out of the Sprint store on Friday the 20th with any other color than Gold and she replied "oh, so do you want me to get you the number of the closest Sprint location in your area?" SMH.....SPRINT YOU ARE CLUELESS!!!
They are using people that are trained like robots in the Philippines that have no sense of Customer Care or Service! Regardless of how much I HATE AT&T, I will not be leaving them for Sprint. I will be using my upgrade and staying with AT&T, I don't like this choice but I have don't have any others....
