Snappy Supply Complaint - Failure to refund payment for canceled order
BROOKLYN, NEW YORK -- No problem will cancel and refund order.
Received this email on 19 Jan 2006 when I canceled the order as the item I requested was backordered and I could not wait. My credit card had already been billed. The phone number as listed does not work. I have emailed both their Customer Service addresses above multiple times with no response. It has been over two months and no refund to credit card or refund check sent. rlg
