Received this email on 19 Jan 2006 when I canceled the order as the item I requested was backordered and I could not wait. My credit card had already been billed. The phone number as listed does not work. I have emailed both their Customer Service addresses above multiple times with no response. It has been over two months and no refund to credit card or refund check sent. rlg

I ordered from snappy supply many times and have never had any issues. Their prices and customer service have been great.

Dispute the charge with your bank or credit card company and report them to the Better Business Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission

I still havent received my order from 3-11-07. I tried to call no less than 50 times and never had the phone answered. They also lied and said my oreder was enroute, but a quick call to Fedex proved them liars. I turned them in to every agency I could find. We need to make them suffer for swindling people!

Just purchased over $50 from company, took my money and has not shipped yet in 2 weeks. I just went to the website to contact them about this, and it says they have closed the company.

i ordered a set of handcuffs from this shady company. i waited one month and still no handcuffs. i tried to call several times, the phone number is crap-no one answers. finally i reported them to my credit card and they are actually following up with fraud charges to that company.
