POMPANO BEACH, FLORIDA -- Moniker has stolen my money and committed fraud, including mail fraud, a felony crime.

Moniker intentionally holds its customers and the customer’s business and future profits hostage.

Moniker has accepted payment in full for their services; yet do not provide the contracted services of registering my Internet domain name and pointing the registered domain name to the proper web hosting DNS.

Moreover, Moniker is prohibiting me from receiving email communication from potential new customers who are responding to recent direct mailings and existing customers.

Moniker is prohibiting me from gaining access to my account via the Moniker website.

Moniker has intentionally taken away my ability to earn a living or to advertise my services by taking down my website.

Moniker has EVERY customer backed into an inescapable corner. If the once email account provided to Moniker is no longer in service, they will not make changes to the account. The customer cannot access or even update the Moniker account. Moniker customer service offers no solutions. The customer account is dead and Moniker stole the customer’s money for services they refuse to provide.

I believe either the FCC and/or FTC might have jurisdiction here. Contact them with your complaint.

What reason do they give for taking down your site? How does mail fraud come into play?
