Enterprise Car Rental - Car Was Not Ready, Dirty, No Gas. Worst Customer Service
GARDENA, CALIFORNIA -- I requested a car for 11 AM. I arrived at five minutes after 11. Car was available at 11:55, dirty, and on empty. I took the care only because I was late for an appointment. When I returned the car, the agent at the desk inquired about my rental experience; and when I told him of my experience, his response was "What do you want me to do about that?" "Nothing", I replied. When I complained to customer service, I received a call from a customer care center spokesperson, who profusely apologized and promised to send a voucher for a free rental car. Never received anything,
Needless to say, I will walk, bike, or roller skate before I will rent from Enterprise again. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
