IComcast - I have been hung up on 3 times this evening after waiting more than 45 minutes in total for customer service

DENVER, COLORADO -- For months, when I attempt to stream a movie the streaming is interrupted due to insufficient band with - currently less than 2 Mbps. This evening for the past 45 minutes, the movie has been stopped more than 25 times, then the connection was lost all together, the movie started over only to be interrupted again. Today is Thursday and I was on the phone on Sunday for more than an hour with the same issue. Hung up once on Sunday and 3x today. Also the people I have made contact with at Comcast - their language skills are so bad I wonder what country I am calling. The same questions are asked - name, address, etc. They put me on hold so they can talk with someone and then the line goes dead. Comcast seems to be so smug with their dominant position in Denver that they can treat customers as disposable items. To add insult to injury, I receive a call from Comcast to take a customer survey and press the appropriate number and receive the message " we do not understand you answer" and I am hung up on again.
