Unhappy Sears Service but Even More so With the Delivery

WESTMINSTER, CALIFORNIA -- Bought a Treadmill at Sears. Was told it would be 120 dollars for delivery and setup. That's a lot but I agreed. They delivered and set up the wrong Treadmill. The delivery team did not want to take it back because they did what they were paid for. I called Sears and they agreed to exchange it at no extra cost. Come date of delivery I don't hear from anyone because no one notified the delivery people to send out the replacement. I wait a few weeks more and am notified that automated message when it will be delivered. I called back and told them I would not be there then and asked for a date for when I would actually be home I called up twice to the delivery dept and talked them about a delivery on a Friday after 1:00 when I would be home. They said ok both times. Thursday night I get a automated call that it would be delivered on Friday morning at 8:00 . I called several times to try and get them to understand that I would not be home. They wanted my cell phone number so that when they came in the morning and I would not be home they could call me. I tried to convince them it would be much better to deliver it when I was at home.
Trying to talk to someone in this department is like talking to a wall. I am extremely sorry I purchased my treadmill at Sears and agreed to have them deliver it. It has turned out to be a nightmare. The story is not over yet because I am still waiting for my treadmill. My advice is don't buy from Sears.
