ST GEORGE, UTAH, UTAH -- I ordered the product on September 11, 2013 on line. I did receive the confirmation of order by email but overlooked that the ZIP Code they put was 85046 instead of 85045 (not my mistake but I did not notice until I made a follow up call to Customer Service after 4-5 days for delivery schedule. I was told about the Zip code and I indicated that it was wrong. I was asked to talk with Shipping and they said they will correct it. I was not told that the product was already shipped to wrong zip code.

Next I discovered that they issued a Credit to my VISA FOR 80% OF total charge. I called them and was told they will look into it and get back to me in 72 hours. But I called sooner since I got suspicious about the Company. Upon making several calls I was told that they had to charge the 20% restocking fee. They would not listen to the fact that I never received the product and was returned to them 'intact' and unopened.

This to me is we are not dealing with credible organization and it is clearly a FRAUDULENT business practice.

Just dispute the charge with VISA as never received.
