KFC Bad Customer Service Response on Phone
CEDAR RAPIDS, IOWA -- I ordered 4 crispy chicken drumsticks at 7:35pm on 09/27/2013 at the drive through. I did not check the box, but after reaching home after 20 minutes later, I found only 2 pieces.
I called the KFC branch and the person who answered said he was the manager and he talked rudely and said he was the one who put 4 in the box and hung up the phone without even listening to me. I was literally looking at the box and there were only 2 pieces.
I am not the kind of person lying about this and take time to write a review for this. I called back again asking the name and he just hung up again. I just wanted to ask that before leaving drive through of KFC, do we need to make sure we got what we ordered because I have never done that at any drive through in my life.
It might not effect KFC but you lost one customer.
