Intellihealth Complaint - Another broken promise
RIDGELY, MARYLAND -- Once again, someone at your company promised to reimburse me for disposal of the king-size gel mattress (please refer to lengthy letter which I wrote a few weeks back). Once again, nothing has been received. Please know that I have posted a review of your company at www.my3cents.com. It's unbelievable that any company would treat a customer as badly as yours has. Should I receive any queries regarding my experience with you, believe me when I say I will describe in great detail my problem with you.
I would welcome reimbursement in the amount of $97.
At the very least I would like a response from your company regarding this incident.
