LG - Poor Service
Lg Optium Plus - Complaint
FORT WORTH, TEXAS -- I brought a LG opitum plus smart phone in March 2013. The phone was acting up so I sent it off for warranty work in April 2013. The company sent Mr the phone back saying they fixed the issue and I took it to my phone provider to get the service back on. My cell phone provider said that LG ended up putting Verizon service on my phone and I have Ntelos. Well Ntelos told LG about the problem and LG refused to do anything about fixing their mistake. Since I was under contract I had to end up buying another cell phone. Numerous letters and calls to LG and LG said they did nothing wrong.
