Sprint - Terrible Customer Service
I've been a Sprint customer for 10 years, I have 5 lines and used to praise both their phone and customer service. Until the past few years when their phone and data service has been vastly deteriorating while the cost of my service has consistently increased. Therefore creating situations that force me to deal with their customer service department.
Today I spoke to a representative inquiring if my plan was efficient for my usage, asking for options. He was unable to help so he transferred my call to Ronnie (ID I388492159) who was completely rude, ill equipped to answer even the simplest questions, insisted I renewed my contract 2 months after I signed a 24 month agreement (why would I or Sprint renew an agreement with 22 month left on the obligation?) but could not or would not provide any proof to support his claim then proceeded to tell me that he has "NO SUPERVISOR"...
I'm a loyal consumer, rarely make provider changes and while I'll deal with service related issues, I will not tolerate rude and highly incompetent customer service.
Now it's time to start a search for a new service provider. Not too smart of Sprint to continue allowing useless Reps like Ronnie to run off 10 year, loyal customers.
