5275 LINCOLN HIGHWAY, PENNSYLVANIA -- Went for my first appointment on Sept 27, 2013. Gave the nurse and doctor a list of my meds that were allegedly entered in their laptops. On Monday the 30th, I went to CVS to pick up my meds. CVS had no record of my so called prescriptions. Called the Dr's office 3 times hoping to resolve this issue. All 3 times I got the voicemail (never in my 68 years have I gotten voicemail at the doctors office during office hours). Eventually I had to leave CVS and go back to the doctors office.
After questioning why no one picked the phone up, I was given an excuse. I told 3 different nurses, I didn't appreciate having to return to the doctors office. The 3 staff members were all given my list of meds. 2 of them didn't like me being upset about the situation. After returning to CVS, I had to wait another 2.5. Hours before my meds were filled correctly. Why did it take 4 staff members and the pharmacy and 2 trips to both the doctors. And CVS to finally get my meds? If the doctors office was given the meds list, 5 times, why all the problems?
This doctor and 3 other staff members obviously don't listen when a patient speaks. *** This facility and staff are useless ! *** Do not go there.
