Sprint's Poor Customer Service
Mobile Phone Service - Complaint
ORANGEBURG, SOUTH CAROLINA -- Sprints customer service is POOR to say the least, no one that works in their service center is ever on the same page. Today I was told to take a 45 minute ride to a service center to have phone service changed, once there the Rep in the store informed me that she could not help me, I then called Sprint back while I was in the store, to have the Rep on the phone and the one in the store debate about who was right or wrong, both had 2 different answers. The Rep on the phone acted as if she was typing in notes on my account and hung up, when the Rep in the store went back into the system nothing had been typed in at all. I then drove 45 minutes back phone to call Sprint once again.
I made 5 phone calls got hung up on 3 times, finally spoke to someone on the 5th call, just to get upset all over again. What a poor way to run a business, since there are so many other phone carriers out there. I've been with Sprint for 6 yrs time to move on.
