BOSTON, MASSACHUSETTS -- I would give A ZERO if it was avail. Worst customer service EVER! This company double billed me for the months of May/June 2013 owing me 100.00. They told me things like ...we have a "NO REFUND policy", "it is past the 90 days so we cannot credit you" . "If you leave /term you will forfeit the money we owe you". " Its your fault " "you paid Visa phone and auto pay".
Endless awful service. Long hold times b4 speaking with someone and I was bounced around from billing to customer service for 2 hrs straight. After 2 hrs I finally got them to credit my account 50.00 of the 100.00 telling me to not pay for the following month for the additional 50.00 they owe. but of the 100.00 credit they admitted to I was only entitled to 71.25 but they could not tell me why.
So instead of my credit for next months payment of 50.00 they were only applying 21.25. So where is the rest of the 50.00???!! I cannot stand this companies service. I will be reporting them to the BBB.
