PC Parts Unlimited Complaint - The Mediocrity of Mediocrities
I have been strugggling with this company for the last 1.5 month to get a laptop battery replacement.
They replaced the battery and has the same defect. I had an argue about this and the excuse was that I did not send the AC cable.
I send the whole laptop with ALL the components the second week of April/2006. I called today (04-04-2006) to find out the fate of my laptop... I was astonished... the tech support told me that since I wrote a negative review, they wont fix the laptop. I have to go back and ammend the review in order to get the service. They think I am an idiot. Another excuse: I did not wrote the RMA# in the box. This is false.
After an argue, the person told me that he will talk to the manager and that he will call me back...I am still waiting.
This is the Mediocrity of Mediocrities... I hope that this situation is resolved ASAP.
