DirecTv - Horrible Customer Service and Billing Issues
DirecTV can't seem to send an accurate bill for my account. They keep adding unauthorized charges for services that I did not request or use. Using sneaky billing tactics like this is unacceptable. When I called customer service to fix the bill I am told that there is nothing they can do and the customer service agent is rude. Then I found out that they auto-drafted the payment from my bank account twice. They never had my permission to use my bank account info in the first place. They told me that they will not refund the money from the second auto-draft, instead they will give me credit on my next month's bill. That would be ok if the bill wasn't over $100 and I didn't need the money to help cover other household expenses like food or gas for my car. And don't even get me started on trying to bundle DirecTV service with AT&T. That was a nightmare.
I HATE DirecTV and will NEVER recommend them to anyone. As a matter of fact I will try to convince people not to get DirecTV because they abuse their customers and use illegal tactics and practices. DirecTV is a very shady company.
