Sprint Rates Poorly in Network Services and Customer Service
PLANO, TEXAS -- We have 4 lines on Sprint and they have all had very poor service in various areas around the DFW metroplex as well as other parts of the country. We have brought this up to their attention spending around an hour with customer support each time we call but to no avail. I give up! After 10 years with them I will be cancelling the contracts and ensure that I tell everyone how poorly they have performed.
I should mention that in the calls with customer support they acknowledge and can see the trouble spots that we've reported but do not care and while I argue that I am paying 100% of the monthly fee Sprint are not providing 100% of the contracted service. What a pathetic company! I should also mention that I carry a T-Mobile phone for work, no issues!
