JOHNSTOWN, PENNSYLVANIA -- If it weren't for Joe Z., Certified Onsite Technician at the Johnstown, PA, Staples, I'd still be completely frustrated with my new Toshiba laptop. He spent at least ten hours over three different days to diagnose the problems (corrupted hard drive) and repair my computer, and finally convinced management to give me a new laptop even though it by then was out of warranty. I commend him for his patience, knowledge, expertise, and even enthusiasm throughout this process, and I hope that Staples realizes what a valuable employee they have in Joe the Wizard.
