Dish Network - Worst Company Ever

VISTA, CALIFORNIA -- I have now attempted to cancel my Dish Services 3 times. This last time finally stuck. Two months ago I spoke to a women on the phone who told me my service was cancelled and that I only needed to return one receiver as the other one I have is obsolete and they didn't want it back. Pretty much the representative lied to me. I received the package with specific instructions on which box I needed to return and I sent it off. The representative told me that I would be charged for the shipping, something like $15. After about 2 months I noticed I was still being billed. I call customer service and they tell me my account is still active and that I was supposed to return both of my receivers. They have no record of my cancellation and if I choose to cancel now I will be charged a fee plus the amount for the receiver as I threw that one away because I was told not to return it. I was extremely upset and the representative was no help at all. She was very short with me and pretty much told me she couldn't do anything but charge me more money.
I can't believe they didn't have record of my last phone call. I feel so cheated. I trusted this company and they just took advantage of me. They are very unorganized and won't own up to their mistakes and just expect me to continue paying them. I will never go back to this company and I urge no one else to either.
