BROOKLYN -- Con man Tony [snip] really thinks he can get away with not paying the independent contractors that performed the work of collecting qualified enrollments on web-enabled tablets for the Lifeline program.

His company got suspended in July by SafeLink for a week for an across the board violation encouraging the use of an individual agent codes to various agents in and out of various states and he uses this as an excuse to sever ties with all third party dealers and independent contractors so he can save face with SafeLink.

He hasn't paid the contractors that gave up their time to perform the work of engaging the people who qualify to sign up for a free government Lifeline cell phone.

This is a company run by a man that has major relationships with 6-7 wireless giants and he wants to scam contractors out of money earned under the federal Lifeline program.

I worked the entire month of July, communicated with him through email in August about payment and he swore he was doing all he could, 2 1/2 months later he is still blowing smoke.

This is nothing more than another way for a CEO to scam innocent people and the system...

This man is definitely not what his record claims, he is bad for business.

Corporate fraud all the way...
