Walmart - Broke a Part of My Car and Refused to Pay for It.
Auto Center - Complaint
KNOXVILLE, TENNESSEE -- After the service was done I picked my car up, and the center console was broken where someone had leaned on it way too hard. I went through the claims process. I was told that leaning on it should not have broken it. I told them that it did break it, because the way it is designed it does not have anything to support weight on the front of the lid. they also told me that the video only showed my car coming in and pulling back out, and that there wasn't sufficient time to have broken anything. I said where is the video of them vacuuming my floors? She said she did not have that video, but that they were sending it over. And even though they had not seen it ..My claim, they told me, was still denied. I asked if there was anything else I could do. No. She told me. So I called back to get her managers number. I called many times on different days and no one ever answered that phone..There claims process is a joke. I had a good point for every excuse they made for why they weren't paying for it, and in the end they just showed me what kind of company they really are. They will not fix any damages that they cause to your vehicle.
