Sprint - I Do Not Owe An Early Termination Fee
Home Phone Service Through Sprint - Complaint
CAROL STREAM, ILLINOIS -- My old style flip phone broke, I replaced it with a similar phone. After I few days I realized I did not like the replacement. I went back to Sprint and traded it for an IPhone 4S. I mentioned not wanting to pay the extra $10 per month for the premium service. The sales person said I should subscribe to Sprint for our home phone as it would only be $20 and I would save a lot on the Comcast bill. I agreed. After much trouble installing it, I realized the sound quality was very poor, also many other things bad about it. My time for the return policy started with the 1st phone so I had only 1 day left. I went back to the Sprint Store and had it canceled. There began all the problems, Comcast said I had to wait for Sprint, Sprint said there wasn't anything they could do. I spoke with someone different every time at both places. The last conversation was the supervisor at the Sprint Store had it on her desk and was working on it. I quit calling them and waited.
Today I got the bill that includes the early termination for the home phone. I already pay more than $200 per month to Sprint and am never late. I wish I could just cancel everything with them.
