Yahoo Mail - Stupid Changes Without Choice
COVINGTON, GEORGIA -- I have used Yahoo for ages and bought products from their sponsors. For some reason THEY decided we didn't like the older version and changed it for us without giving us a choice.
There are things you cannot do with this version you could do with the other version. A lot of my emails require a response. The very best way was to go between each question and respond. You can't do that anymore.
It has numerous bugs that frustrate you when you use it a great deal. You lose stuff and I've had to resort to going into word and generating my responses and pasting them in the field on Yahoo mail. Otherwise you get to the point you are ready to send and the whole page just disappears. Never ever had that problem before. Plus it gets stuck on the inbox and won't do anything. Plus more regular messages about can't send or can't load page (email). I have no clue why someone with successful, proven software would fix something that is not broken.
I DO BLAME THE NEW CEO for all these problems. Isn't this where the buck stops. If I was in charge, I would fire this individual but not allowing them to walk out the door until they fixed the problem by returning the system to a fully operational status. I have had to open an email account with another service. If I was an advertiser on Yahoo mail, I would have jumped ship about time all these complaints started to arise.
