Room's to Go Complaint - Very Poor Customer Service/No Delivery

SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS -- RTG is unprofessional and unable to deliver items promised. I purchased a bedroom set from rooms to go in February. I was told that all items would be delivered 2 days later. After waiting all day I received a call at 7:30pm to reschedule. The next day all of the items I purchased were delivered,except the dresser. After 4 calls I was told the dresser would not be available until April. I was not happy about this but agreed as I wanted to have the whole set. I called to check on the status and now I am told that it won't be avialable until May 25th. I have called many times to speak with a manager and each time get the run around. I purchased other furniture from a local competitor and the service and quality was Far Superior to RTG. I would strongly recommend purchasing furniture from someone else.

I agree ....Rooms to Take a Shyt really sucks.
