We are setting up our own home party company and buying merchandise from this auction site. The merchandise is setting here until the parties. Upon having customers "try on" watches, have found that bands fall apart. E-mailed Bidz and told them what happened. They say if it is less than 30 days when bought send back (I PAY SHIPPING) and they will refund. If more than 30 days, OH WELL......Why should I have to inspect THOROUGHLY every item I receive and why should I have to PAY SHIPPING to return their defective merchandise. Have bought a total of 32 watches so far and 9 are defective. Beware if shopping on Bidz.com. Thank You!

If at any time you receive an item that is not as described you may return the item for a refund in full. Also, we have recently done away with our restocking fee. You can now return an item, for whatever reason it may be and receive a refund in full. This includes services and shipping.
