Dish Network - Worse Customer Ever!!

STEUBENVILLE, OHIO -- I had canceled my service with Dish 2 years ago because I was having constant connection problems. They tried to resolve it 5 different times but it was never resolved so one of their reps told me that she would go ahead and wave the early termination fee because I was having so many issues with connection so I agreed to it and the service was terminated and sent back everything they asked me to send back in a timely manner. Now... 3 years later I go to check my credit score (which has always been perfect) and I have a ding on it. I investigate this issue and it turns out to be Dish Network.
They still charged me the early termination fee which they had said they wouldn't and now it has impacted my perfect credit score. I proceed to contact Dish and explain to them this issue and how this mistake made on behalf of Dish ruined my credit score (which I've always worked hard to keep perfect) I get two extremely rude customer service reps who will do nothing to help me and then the SUPERVISOR was extremely rude to me then when I asked her for her name she hung up on me!!!
Never in my life have I had a customer service representative hang up on me by far the worse customer experience I have ever had! Needless to say.... DO NOT GET DISH NETWORK they have the worse customer service you will ever have to endure, at first when you sign up for dish they seem all nice and bubbly then once you're locked in with them they treat you like complete garbage and continue to get away with it!
