TYJ Global Helicopters, LLC - Predatory Business Practices-TYJ Global/Return Flight-Rotors of the Rockies
Helicopter Training Facility - Complaint
FT. LUPTON, COLORADO -- TYJ Global owner/operator ignoring requests for refunds of funds being held for training not being received.
Regina [snip] of TYJ Global Helicopters/Return Flight aka Rotors of the Rockies approached me directly to solicit funds under the guise of a special training offer/package tailored specifically for my son Curtis who was enrolled in their flight training program in October 2012. We paid $6000.00 directly to TYJ Global with the understanding written in the offer and given verbally by phone by Regina that we would be eligible for a refund at any time during the training should our needs change. My son Curtis has not received the training promised and is not progressing as Regina indicated he would. My son Curtis notified Regina that he was withdrawing from the training program at TYJ Global and has contacted Regina to request a refund of the remaining balance in his account and has not gotten a satisfactory response. My attempts to reach anyone at TYJ Global Helicopters, LLC by phone and text messages as well as social media have gone unanswered. We are now learning that this response is not uncommon and others have experience the same treatment. We are seeking an appropriate, timely and full refund as promised. This company engages in predatory business practices and has solicited funds from many others who are now seeking restitution. The owners Mike and Regina [snip] and the Conflict Resolution Officer Stewart [snip] are inaccessible. The company moved it's base from Broomfield to Platte Valley suddenly and unannounced. They have since left Platte Valley and remain inaccessible.
