Lowe's Complaint - On-line Purchasing
CHATTANOOGA, UTAH -- I placed an order on-line with Lowe's. Lowe's took my order and my credit card authorization. I followed Lowe's instructions to a tee. I know nothing about the status of my order. Lowe's is unresponsive to my e-mail inquiries. My next step, I suppose, is to take my initial receipt to the service desk at my local Lowe's store and ascertain if they have any knowledge of my order. Anyone considering ordering on-line from Lowe's should forget it. Just go to Home Depot and get what you need.
