Feeny Dodge Compliment - Great customer service

ELGIN, ILLINOIS -- Finally a dealership that truly serves the customer! I am very happy with this dealership. First of all, they were not a sleazy dealership at all. They did not swarm on me when I walked in the door. The salesmen had a much different look about them, they were laid back, regular guys in khaki pants...no heavy gold, no greasy hair, nothing typical about them. This really put me at ease. I had been to Schaumburg Jeep and had the complete opposite experience. I ended up leasing my Jeep Liberty from Feeny Dodge.

Second of all, during the weekend of my sale, there were a couple situations that really put Feeny's customer service skills to the test and they passed each one. The very next day after I took the Jeep home, my Liberty had a problem with accelerating. We called the dealership and they had Chrysler Customer care tow it there. They did not make me wait a single second after I got there. They took me right away and immediately fixed the problem. They even wiped the grease the tow truck driver left all over my leather interior. They made sure I was okay with everything before I left. I was out of there within 20 minutes of arriving.

A few days later I realized I left some articles in my trade in. Before I could call and inquire about it they already had left a message for me to call them about the articles. They had put them aside for me. I think most dealerships would toss them!

Lastly, when I leased the car, I purchased the $190 add-on to the standard warranty that provides you with a loaner car from any dealership should you have problems. Well, the day I had problems, I was going to have them tow it to two different dealerships, Norwood Park Dodge, and Schaumburg Jeep because these two were closer to my home. Neither of these two dealerships would give me a loaner, they told me to go rent a car! Well, I told Feeny Dodge about this and asked to be refunded the price of the warranty add-on I had purchased. They refunded it without question!

I am EXTREMELY satisfied with Feeny Dodge. I recommend them to everyone. I worked with Rudy Froelich, Chelli Mowery and two members of the service department, including the head of the Service department.

I bought my very first new car from Feeny - a 98 Stratus, and worked with a guy that couldn't have been any older than I was at the time (19) named Bart. They were great. I didn't go back to them when I got my Durango last year, but wish I had.
I'll definitly make an effort to go all the way up to Paletine for my next auto purchase.
