Juniper Bank Informative - Customer Service good but I"m still unhappy
I switched my USAirways credit card from B of A to Juniper Bank because of the enticements they offered. When I got my first online statement and tried to download it to Quicken, I couldn't. I called Customer Service. Even though the menus are a little tedious, I finally just pressed '0' and got a Customer Service Rep with NO WAIT at all. This was mid-day, I think about 2 PM on a Monday. The answer, however was totally unsatisfactory. They don't support the new version of Quicken which has been out now for like TWO YEARS. There is a workaround (download file to desktop, then import to Quicken) but that really is annoying. So, in my opinion based on one call, GREAT customer service, BAD product enhancements. I'm going to write them a letter about adopting the Quicken new version.
