SBC/ATT Informative - Support Service - DSL

SAN FRANCISO, CALIFORNIA -- The plague of India is upon us. Because SBC/ATT won't pay for competent help I have had to pay a qulified tech person approximately $1,200 in fees to help fix an email issue. We have had an on going email nightmare with our small business; Suddenly, no one send an outbound email. The India based tech support has been almost useless. Everytime you call you get a person who has to start their script from square one. There is no consistency in the approach to the issue and you often can barley understand the person on the phone. When this joke end? We are happily paying a $200 cancellation fee to get out of our contract with SBC/ATT. This problem with emailhas been going on for months.

Did you have a business account with at&t? Business accounts get much better service than consumer accounts unfortunately.You didn't explain why you had to pay $1,200 to fix a email issue.
