BigRedWire Informative - No customer service - long distance service

MASSACHUSETTS -- BigRedWire advertises one rate and then after you sign up, they increase your rates.

Also you cannot call them for customer service.
You can only email them and wait for a response.

I switched to www.pioneertelephone.net and have been happy.

I still have an open dispute with Bigredwire and they are threatening collections now.

Very bad company.

do you have a real name? we'd be happy to help you. i am the ceo of bigredwire and this sound peculiar as does your advocacy for a competitor.
