Vita Free Complaint - I want my product I ordered!!!

SAN DIEGO, CALIFORNIA -- I have ordered one of this companys products, my order has been processing since Sept 24th, which was 10 weeks as of Dec 3rd. I sent my payment when the product was ordered. Every time I call, all I get is a bunch of static. I have sent numerous e mails, but have not received an answer that I am satisfied with.

To help keep me as a potential future customer, I would like the following:

I would like to have the product that I ordered. I was told it would be shipped in 6-8 weeks. I feel like there is something going on, something that I am not being told.
They have my money, now Iwould like my product. Please help me.

At the very least I would like a response from your company regarding this incident. Thank you for your time.
