Gateway Complaint - to the owner of gateway

iam wrinting inregards to a computer i bought from you i have had trouble with it sence the day i recived it i had not had it very long when the motom failed and had to have it replaced then it was replaced with a motum that the cdrom dont work i tryied to work with your techs to have it replaced or fixed but recived run around to the point of distraction by the time they told me it was broke (witch i knew to start with) my warrenty expired on the first motum i recived that didnt work and now i am paying for a computer that i cant even use the cd programs i bought i think this is a real poor way to do buissness and i feel you are missleading the public on your sirvice
To help keep me as a potential future customer, I would like the following:
i would like to have my motum replaced at no cost to me it is not my fault that your company sent me two motums that dont work i should get what i was promised a working computer not lemons
At the very least I would like a response from your company regarding this incident. Thank you for your time.
