United States Postal Service Complaint - Priority Mail service
YPSILANTI, MICHIGAN -- I paid for PRIORITY mail 2 to 3 days. The delivery took 5 weeks. No problem with the address on the package. It was your fault, but you have no refund policy?
To help keep me as a potential future customer, I would like the following:
Refund the $5.20 I paid to get it there fast.
At the very least I would like a response from your company regarding this incident. Thank you for your time.
