Customer Service Department - Complaint
N 27TH STREET, LINCOLN, NEBRASKA -- Customer service was terrible! I have never been more disgusted & upset with how things were handled in my life! I have always returned items no problem with or without a receipt as long as you have an ID The one time I sent my fiance into return my shampoo they tell him its "too expensive" and precede to question him as if he stole the item! (My fiance is Native American & I am Caucasian) They ask him when he bought it, how he paid, what night he came in, what checker he cashed out at, etc. I have returned $20 curtains, $25 boxes of diapers with no receipt no problem. My biolage shampoo was $18.98! Then when I call into customer service to tell them I'm filing a complaint "Nancy" tells me "okay thanks!" then hangs up on me! I think their customer service associates need a lesson or two in customer service! So by now I'm furious & call back to ask any and all numbers I can call to file complaints & they start bumping me from person to person trying to avoid giving me any numbers! I later spoke with a manager at the S 27th St Walmart in Lincoln, NE & they tell me that without a receipt they let you return items under $50 without a receipt for store credit... so what really was the issue in returning these items?!
