Naples Nissan Complaint - Great Product - Terrible Employees

NAPLES, FLORIDA -- Recently purchased a new vehicle from Naples Nissan. Ordered a part for the vehicle and when I went to collect it had to deal with the most belligerent, self-important person I have ever encountered as a customer.

Then discovered this individual is their Parts Director...so there's clearly no point in complaining, since the dealership management MUST know this guy has a serious character flaw, so they are responsible. What a contrast he is to the other staff I dealt with (they were helpful).

I will not have my vehicle serviced there, or spend another dime in that place and would recommend that potential buyers spend their money elsewhere. The Nissan product is excellent but it seems some of the people that they have representing them are seriously below-par. What a pity that one bad apple spoils the whole barrel.

The parts manager may have been having a bad day. I know that that is no excuse, but to say "the dealership management MUST know this guy has a serious character flaw, so they are responsible" is a bit of an assumption. And if everything else about the dealership is great, you shouldn't let one incident stop you from going back. I would give them a second chance.
