Network Solutions Informative - Network Solutions email services is one of the worst I have noticed
1. Network Solutions email has tremendous problems of latency. Emails arrive hours later after it is sent. Especially, when thre are attachements!! Hours of dealy and when called the customer serviece for last 7 weeks they are saying "Our engineering departments is working on it, we do not have an ETA on fixing the problem".
2. Most Important, Network Solutions stopped processing bounces to your email. So, if you sent a very important email and you made a typo in the email address, you would NEVER RECIEVE a bounce back notifying you of email not sent!
When complained about this, Network Solutions sent the following in an email message:
"Network Solutions is currently filtering out the bounce back error messages coming to mail boxes. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused and appreciate your patience".
3. When I called their executive office to find out how long will it take to solve the problems since it was about a month they stopped processing bounces, one of their executive of communications told me in so many words to take my business somewhere else if I do not think that their services are suitable for me!!! This is not acceptable and it sucks beyond imagination. Network Solution shuts down services which were working without any notification and when complained they tell you to take your business somewhere else!
3. They are pretty quick in sending renwal notices and give you the status of "Gold VIP customer" but when it comes to solving problems, their line "TAKE YOUR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE"!
