S.E. Autobody a.k.a. Sutherland Enterprises Complaint - WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE *BEWARE*

SAN DIEGO, CALIFORNIA -- Someone broke into my car. Smashed the front right window and broke open the dash. I had to deal with this impossible company for over a month. I took it in March 12th 2006 and it never got completely repaired. I had to drop my car off three times for them to fix just a coupple of things. NO APOLOGIES were received. All I got were excuses.
They called me to do a review of my experience, obviously I gave them a bad review. Then I found out I had to take my car in again! This time when I brought my car in all the employees were Jerks to me because of the bad review.
The way I see it, THIS WAS THEIR THIRD CHANCE TO GET IT RIGHT AND BLOW ME AWAY WITH HOW GOOD THEY CAN BE!!! But they failed miserably! They got it all backwards. Instead, they threw customer service out the window.
After that I picked up my car for the third and FINAL time (in the middle of April) they were still rude to me dropping hints and making comments about the bad review. I got my car back & the door panel was missing a screw & screw cover! I just fixed it myself after that.
They WILL give you the runaround. They don't care about customers.

***I would recommend going somewhere else***
