Wing zone Complaint - Rip off - food coupon

Review by voice99 on 2006-04-28
HOUSTON, TEXAS -- You know I went to the wing-zone in houston on Dairy Ashford and i had my coupon but the dude at the counter did not know how to ring up the coupon. I explained to him to give me the discount on the coupon and he got sassy and just took off 1.00 and said that is all he can do. needless to say, he overcharged me and I could not get him to correct it and he did not know how to use a calculator. I called their main office and asked them to quit putting these stupid coupons on people's apartment doors if they are not going to honor it and to put more competent staff in their restaurants. they said they will call me back and never did. their chicken wings tasted like crap and I ended up throwing it away. i noticed they have only 3 branches in a city as big as Houston, now I know why.

I would have left. Wings unlike fries or burger are pretty hard to mess up but wings are more of a personal thing. Better luck with the next "wing joint" and make sure that they are "fully cooked". Take it from a guy that got a hold to some nearly raw ones!

You seem to have a problem with fast food places, don't you? My suggestion: eat at home, then you have no one to blame but yourself when the PB on your PB&J sandwich is rancid. And speaking of rancid--some of your adjectives are, too.

Maybe you shouldn't eat nasty things like wings. They're greasy and bad for you. Have some baked chicken cooked at home instead.
