Taco Bell Complaint - poor customer relations
HOUSTON, TEXAS -- I am writing this letter after waiting for 3 weeks for a response from a call I made to you in regards to my horrific dining experience. I sat watching the cashier accept payment from customers and then turn around and fix the food orders without washing his hands.
I have always been a regular customer, but obviously my business doesn't mean anything to your company.I was told when I made the call that a district manager would be in touch with me. It never happened.
To help keep me as a potential future customer, I would like the following:
I feel I at least deserve an apology and a refund of the money I spent that day.
At the very least I would like a response from your company regarding this incident. Thank you for your time.
