Blair Complaint - You don't get everything you pay for.

I purchased some clothing from Blair on a couple of occasions and if you send a check with your order you will get the hassle of your life. The first time I purchased, they finally made it right, but this time I am having no luck. I paid them with my order. They processed the check but I heard nothing. I got tired of waiting, so I contacted them, and they said they would process the order in a day or two. The next day I received a letter saying they were having trouble with my order. The letter was dated a week earlier than I contacted them, and yet they said nothing when I contacted them. Finally I received half my order a week ago, and no mention of the other on back order or anything, so I contacted them again, but can get no reply or results. I won't deal with them again, but if I did, I'd sure see to it that I received my order before I paid them. This has happened every time I pay for my order when I send it in. My wife charges her orders and always get speedy service.
