Sunrocket Complaint - Horrible Service Right From the Top at Sunrocket - voip phone service

MT. MORRIS, MICHIGAN -- I signed up for Sunrocket and had problems with their customer service before the service was even hooked up. Also, Sunrocket charges you for the time it take to transfer your old number to Sunrocket. So, for about a month, you are paying for your old service and your Sunrocket service. Joyce Dorris, Sunrocket’s Chief Marketing Officer, kept trying to get me to switch to the one year service plan for $200. I refused. She then asked me if I wanted to stay with my current phone company and pay more. I said, “yes, I want my Sunrocket service canceled.” She rudely said, “OK” and then slammed down the phone on me. I'm still not sure if she canceled my service as she was supposed to. I couldn't tell since she hung up on me.

I have had the same problems with the what I consider as no support. SunRocket lost my telephone number that was ported from Verizon. We have been without incoming phone service for over a week. Can not cancel Sun Rocket service as I can not get my phone number back.
