TEMPE, ARIZONA -- As a consumer from your state, I felt it was my responsibility to bring to your attention the following incident.
I received correspondence from your office which was to be notarized, stating I would received a check for $699.00 in settlement of the above complaint.
I have not heard a word since. It was returned to your office 3/20/06. Please let me know if there are any additional problems I should be aware of.
