Bank One Informative - Bank One Cheats - Commercial Lending

ANN ARBOR, MICHIGAN -- I owned a golf course in Michigan. Bank One foreclosed the loan, then denied me my legal rights to redeem my property. They used a loan officer out of Texas and a lawyer who had never done this tyoe of foreclosure before. They screwed up and rather than admit their mistake and do the decent thing, they went to court and lied to the judge, misrepresented the law and stole my property. They denied my rights to redeem and steamrolled me into financial ruin.

It's hard to believe they misrepressented the law to a judge. Judges know the law.
