Microsoft Network (MSN) Complaint - Lying jerks that steal your money!
NEW MEXICO -- I just found out yesterday that MSN has been charging me for the last 16 months for dial-up service that has already been cancelled. When I called with my phone company/current DSL provider the entire staff was COMPLETELY ineffecient in helping me. They refused to refund any more than TWO MONTHS because they didn't have record of my disconnecting service. It is illegal to have both DSL and dial-up, and they had to send my phone company confirmation that the service had been disconnected in order for DSL to be activated. When I kept asking to speak to a higher-up, I eventually reached a superviser who told my I could not talk to anyone else about the matter. What BS!!! I hate this company, and apparently they do this kind of thing quite frequently. AAARRRRGGGGGHHHHHH!! I will not quit until I have spoken with the president of the company.
