Eagle Auto Mall Informative - BAD SERVICE FROM BOTH ENDS

RIVERHEAD, NEW YORK -- CALLED WARRANTY 800 NUMBER REGARDING PROBLEM I HAD WITH LETTERING ON HOOD OF 2003 JEEP LIBERTY.THAT IS ANOTHER STORY. WHAT I FOUND OUT WAS AN OUTSTANDING RECALL THAT HAS NOT BEEN DONE ON THIS JEEP. I HAVE OWNED THIS JEEP FOR ALMOST A YEAR. THE REP TOLD ME THAT IS WAS AN OUTSTANDING RECALL DEALING WITH 2003 JEEP LIBERTY SUSPENSION:FRONT:CONTROL ARM:LOWER BALL JOINT. THE OUTCOME IF NOT FIXED COULD LEAD TO A CRASH. DO YOU KNOW WHAT THE SARCASTIC CUSTOMER REP "PAUL" SAID, IT WAS SLIP UP. WE ARE NOT TALKING ABOUT A WINDSHIELD WIPER BLADE, WE ARE TALKING ABOUT LOOSING CONTROL OF MY VEHICLE AND PUTTING MY FAMILY IN DANGER BECAUSE EAGLE AUTOMALL FAILED TO LOOK UP ANY RECALL THAT COULD BE ON THE JEEP. REMIND YOU MY JEEP WAS WITH THEM FOR ALMOST 6 HOURS IN THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT. THAT WAS MORE THAN ENOUGH TIME TO LOOK UP ANY RECALL IF ANY IN THE SYSTEM. NO EXCUSES!!!!!!!
