AT Complaint - Multiple Billing Errors
CUYAHOGA FALLS, OHIO -- My previous DSL Internet Service contract with ATT/SBC was to end in February, so I called them and had it renegotiated at the same monthly fee which is nearly half of the regular fee. For the next three billing cycles the AT&T Account Mgr. has billed me at the higher rate, completely missing the fact it was to stay at the previous contract level and not return to the higher amount.
Last month I reported the error for the second time and a representative had my bill lowered. Now another month has passed and they have again raised it to reflect the higher internet fee.
