Federal Express Corporation Complaint - Fed Ex "2 Day Service"
I ordered something online on Tuesday May 2 and paid $10 extra for FedEx's 2 Day Service. Well, according to FedEx, they didn't recieve my order until May 4th at 4 am. That's fine...partly the company I ordered from's fault. However, FedEx is supposed to have a 2 day delivery. So why is my package set to be delivered Monday, May 8th? It's 2 day service, not 6! Well, apprently FedEx doesnt count weekends, even though they work on Saturdays. Lazy excuse for inefficient delivery if you ask me. Next time I'll just go with regular mail...saves me $10 and I'll probably get my order in the same amount of time. BEWARE, if you want to use FedEx's "2 day service", you better make sure you order on Monday morning if you want it by Friday.
